Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. For same day delivery, we have a cut-off of 12NN otherwise the orders will be delivered next day.

During high volume periods, such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard and expedited shipping options within Bahrain. for domestic and international orders.

Domestic orders are shipped via Delybell and typically arrive within 1-2 days after processing.

International orders are shipped via Naqel and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping Rates

For local deliveries, standard shipping rates applies (BD1.2) and for Express deliveries, BD3 applies.

For international deliveries, shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected during checkout, shipping rates starts from BD7.

Free shipping may be available for orders that meet a minimum purchase requirement, as indicated on our website or during promotional events.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
